This comprehensive course will be held in Castlebar, Mayo (venue TBC) and combines:

Hypnotherapy for a variety of specialisms, including childbirth hypnosis, stop smoking, weight management, and emotional eating

Meditation facilitation and nervous system regulation tools

Business strategy training to confidently set up, grow, and manage your wellness practice

Course Duration: 8 months (in-person with one monthly online session
