I'm Laura McDonald, and I'm a hypnotherapist, BWRT practitioner/mentor, mindset coach and business strategist, bringing you 20+ years of client work, 15 years of supervising practitioners all around the world, and 10 years of teaching expertise, and I am delighted to be reopening and rebranding my hypnotherapy training school. From 2016-2022, I guided students from complete beginner to qualified hypnotherapists, and after a few years' break and many messages from prospective students wanting to train, I am once again teaching in The Ellison Hotel, Castlebar, Mayo.

This is your opportunity to train with a highly experienced practitioner and educator, gaining the skills, tools, and confidence to launch - and grow - a successful wellness practice. Whether you want to run private sessions, workshops, or online courses, this training equips you to make a real impact in your clients’ lives. The course will run one weekend a month for 8 months.

In my work, I do, every single day. People arrive feeling lost, sad, stuck. Trapped by something in their past, by a relationship that diminished them, or simply by patterns of thinking they don't know how to change. What moves me most is that they don't realise there's another way. They've lived so long inside the problem, they can't imagine life outside it. And this is what drives everything I do.

This training exists because I believe everyone needs to know how to get their mind to work FOR them, not against them. And we need more practitioners doing this work in order to help make that happen.
